Hummingbird Music Therapy is operated by Belinda Ayres, a sole trader and Registered Music Therapist based in Australia. I provide therapeutic services using music to support the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social wellbeing of clients of all ages.

Client Responsibilities
All client information is kept confidential and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). For full details, please view our Privacy Policy.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance may incur a full session fee, except in emergency or exceptional situations.
Cancellation Policy
Fees for services will be discussed before starting therapy. Payment may be made via direct deposit, cash, or invoicing (e.g. NDIS-managed payments). Clients are responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses and for ensuring invoices are paid on time.
Fees & Payment
For clients receiving support through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS):
A service agreement may be required
It is your responsibility (or your plan manager’s) to ensure sufficient funds are available Hummingbird Music Therapy complies with NDIS guidelines but is not liable for plan or funding issues
NDIS Participants
Hummingbird Music Therapy recognises that clients and their carers have a right to provide feedback to Belinda Ayres to raise suggestions, resolve grievances and commend good performance. We encourage all clients to communicate any concerns that may arise.
